Business Transformation Manager
Privately owned, the group has grown organically and through acquisition and has significantly improved operating and financial performance over the last 2 years. To support in a further and continued growth phase, the business now requires a dynamic individual capable of driving forward business transformation and sustaining the change required by the Premier Medical Group business models to continue to increase customer satisfaction and business value. This is an exciting role ideally suited to an expert Business Analyst and the successful applicant will have demonstrable experience of leading large and or multi-site organisational change projects.

We are currently recruiting for a number of Case Owner positions in both our Durham and Ludlow offices. The role is to proactively manage a portfolio of cases through their full life-cycle, within given service level standards; to aquire the right medical information from the appropriate expert in line with internal deadlines.
The successful candidates are expected to establish good working relationships both internally and externally, take responsibility for delivering excellent service levels to all of our clients and maintain effective and consistent channels of communication.
