Business Transformation Manager

We are currently recruiting for a number of Case Owner positions in both our Durham and Ludlow offices. The role is to proactively manage a portfolio of cases through their full life-cycle, within given service level standards; to aquire the right medical information from the appropriate expert in line with internal deadlines.
